Sr Manager - Program Management - VisionPLUS (8-10 yrs)
Required : Sr. Manager Vision Plus with 8-10 yrs exp and 6+ yrs of exp in IT technologies.
Should have 5 + yrs of strong technical exp in Vision PLUS
Location : Gurgaon
Would be responsible for :
- Develops strategic roadmap for VisionPLUS working closely with both local and global teams
- Managing budgets and contracts associated with program initiatives.
- Provides leadership for setting up required resources / program management practices needed for VisionPLUS.
- Clearly articulates program requirements across all stakeholders
- Build enterprise wide prioritization and tracking for all existing and new program VisionPLUS programs.
- Works across multiple stakeholders to drive communication/ awareness on new programs in VisionPLUS.
Improve processes in following areas :
- Change Management
- Release Management- Institutionalizes standard VisionPLUS release management processes
