- Position : Sr. Manager - Production

- Education : B.Tech Food Technology
- Experience : 7 to 10 Year (at least 3 years any one company) as a head Production / plant.
- Age : Max : 35 years
- Processed Food: Spices/ketchups/tomato paste/ Pickles /jams, syrups/ ready to eat foods/instant mixes
Grocery: Spices Powders - Red Chilli, Turmeric, coriander, cumin, curry & masala mixes, Pepper & other spices and oil seeds
Job Responsibilities :-
Production Planning & Control
Planning day-to-day strategies, budgets, production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.
Quality Assurance / Food Process Enhancement
Ensuring adherence to quality standards & maintaining all related records and documents.
Developing processes & formulations for manufacturing products and establish process parameters.
Man Management
Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency
