Sr. Manager - Product Management - Payments  - Only MBA graduates from top ranked university can apply  - Product Manager Experience for at-least 8 years required.  - Currently he/she MUST be working from Payments related companies  We’re looking for an experienced business leader who wants to help drive the future of e-commerce.  We are looking for a business leader who has experience listening to customers, developing online customer-facing experiences that customers love, and working with technical teams to get things done in a fast paced environment.  You will play a large role in defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmaps to deliver Payments services.   As a Sr. Manager : Product Management you will manage a team of 10-20 product managers who are focused on building the platform features and creating new customer experiences, you will be responsible for providing leadership for the following:  - Experience in vendor contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships  Preferred Qualification:  - M.B.A from top institutes  - Experience developing and executing business strategy for technical products or services  - Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements  - Broad range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution  - Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly websites and customer-facing features  - Understanding and practice with product management methodologies, especially those that support agile software development environments  - Proven ability to make informed feature versus time-to-market trade-offs  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills   - Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases, attention to detail  - Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  - A general manager / owner mentality; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals  - Experience in payments and web-oriented high-technology products  - Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion.
