Position: Sr Manager Procurement

Reporting to Head Procurement

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Major Responsibilities:

- Ensuring Suppliers partners agreement is executed within timeline and shared with regional team

- Ensure minimum wages implementation 100% all sites of PMSI 45 days from the date of publish by govt.

- Check and verify unit cost for RFP submission / negotiation

- Supplier's strategy and business allocation with suppliers partners - report submission with set frequency.

- Capex Purchase of PMSI sites

- Suppliers management programme to be conducted and nurtured in a structured manner

- Develop New Method to Cost Control

- Strong communication and Negotiation skills.

- Analytical skills on commercials

- Managing E-governance project

- Meet enrolment targets and complete activities as per the defined SLAs with the customer

- Timely and accurate reporting of various activities on daily/weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly basis

- Ensure the delivery quality

- Customer expectation management

- Ensure proper MIS and reports are being maintained

- Timely high level report to Procurement Head

- New supplier identify and enrollment in organization

- Identify opportunity to explore ideas to reduce the cost and bring efficiencies on operational delivery

- Control on unexpected situation at site level - strike / lockout / salary not distributed by supplier etc

- Must adhere the deadline of each report for the region

- Follow complete purchase policy for material purchase and Procurement process for services,

- Rate Contract, Spares, consumables along with manpower services

- Vendor Consolidation program to run effectively de - risking potential loss

- Report generation on market intelligence

- Bring automation in Procurement Strategy

Work Experience:

- Having similar Industry experience with SAP / Oracle knowledge

- Agreement execution with suppliers within 30 days for the date of start of contract

- Implementation of best practices at sites atleast one in each month

- Compliance management at site and regular arranging meetings with suppliers

- Should have analytical skill to present high level reports with graphical representation to the senior management

- MIS management

- Over all managerial skill

Qualification: MBA / Graduate with similar Industry experience,
