- Handling overall Circle revenue and Retention.  - Segmentation at BTS level and Micro segmentation based on customer usage.   - Launching new products that includes rate cutters, minute packs, Topups in all segments   - Tracking of customer behavior to offer best in class products and solutions  - Special handholding of newly acquired customers  - Prevent rotational churn of the circle.  - Constant monitoring of DREC base (Talking base) and adopting segmented approach to increase the DREC base.   - BTS and TSM level tracking of revenue KPI’s  - Monitoring of Outages to prevent churn  - Monitoring quality of acquisitions.  - RPM hardening initiatives and interventions  - Controlling Pass Thru cost of the circle to enhance overall profitability of the circle
