Sr Manager - Organizational Development - IT (7-12 yrs)

Leading Company providing portfolio solution services focused on high value, knowledge-based functions principally related to real estate and mortgage portfolio management, asset recovery and customer relationship management. Utilizing integrated technology that includes decision models and behavioral-based scripting engines.

Mortgage Services - Mortgage portfolio management services that span the mortgage lifecycle (e.g. origination, valuation, closing and title services, default management services, asset management and component services)

Technology Products - Suite of applications (residential and commercial loan servicing, loss mitigation, vendor management and electronic invoice presentment and payment software) as well as our IT infrastructure services.

Financial Services - Asset recovery and customer relationship management.

The Company continue to develop reputation as the preeminent knowledge-based provider in above mentioned services sector. Focus on leveraging technology and a global service delivery model that provides highly efficient, accurate support of the industries serviced. Using unique intellectual property, such as behavioral-science principles, artificial intelligence-driven scripting engines, and risk decision models to reduce performance variability, improve compliance and enhance overall performance for their clients.

As the OD leader, the position will serve as an internal consultant, strategic partner and coach to HR and business leaders and help to facilitate key initiatives such as Talent development, Process improvement, Organizational design and analysis, and Succession planning.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing and implementing global organizational development and change management strategies to link and drive organizational performance at department, division, and company-wide levels

- Develop and implement a change management model, tools and resources for managers and HR professionals to use in building the organization’s capability to lead change initiatives in support of the company’s growth and business

- Evaluate business initiatives to determine the appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions needed to meet organizational goals

- Design competency frameworks and mapping to arrive at a detailed need analysis for group and individual development plans

- Deploy a strong Assessment Centre Model to measure and improve capture of training needs

- Establish various internal and external partnerships to support the strategic OD imperatives, and manage the company’s annual OD budget

- Lead and develop the organizational development team to provide quality value added services in all aspects of organization development

Key Result Areas:

Responsible for spearheading the leadership competency framework for the organization which encompasses-

- Connecting with senior business leaders to diagnose problems, set organization wide goals

- Designing development and communication of the OD scorecards to the key business stakeholders

- Championing the Strategic Thinking Competency Scorecards for the organization

- Steering the Leadership development program and Management development initiatives to ensure all leaders and potential leaders have the necessary skills to succeed

- Support, and monitor development activities of individuals selected as successors towards the goal of developing "ready-now" candidates for all key positions.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in an organizational development role with at least 5 years’ experience managing a team

- Proven progressive leadership and success in developing and executing company-wide learning

- Experience in leading and managing change, project management

- Knowledge and application of the principles, methods and metrics of managing organizational change and measuring impact of solutions on the organization’s performance

- Should have worked on competency frameworks, assessment centre designs and talent assessments

- Should be a good communicator with effective and strong interpersonal skills

- Must have the flexibility to travel globally

- Strong ability to think critically and systemically

- Ability to operate independently and utilize strong decision making skills

Education Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Development or related discipline

- Preferred certifications in: NLP, Transactional Analysis, Organization Development, Mentoring and Coaching

- Membership in ISTD or ISAB preferred
