Designation: Senior Manager - OD & Change Management
Report to Director-ODC and handle a small team
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organisational Design
- Organization Development and alignment
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Management
- Talent Management
Desired Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience from HR Consulting domain(e.g., Hewitt, EY, Deloitte etc)(6-8 Yrs from Premium MBA's)
- MBA/Masters in Human Resources from reputed institutes
- Has spent good amount of time in Consulting projects on OD & Talent Management activities
- Good in HR frameworks & clear conceptual understanding on HR processes
- Problem solving skills & good in analytics
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and bias for action
Open to look at candidates from any location, willing to relocate to Bangalore.
