Responsible for managing Order management team comprising of processes across geographies supporting Order entry, ePublishing and fulfillment processes in close collaboration with leader in Talent and regional Talent Leads and Consultants. Will be responsible for managing smooth migration of processes working closely with the transition team and service delivery related to above processes  - The role will be responsible for planning, prioritizing resource allocation, managing and balancing activities including order management execution and driving best practices in processes comprising of financial order tracking, distribution schedules, batch and shift management, work volume analytics, month-end audits and accruals, revenue/sales validations, order confirmation protocols with tracking of key SLA measurements.   - The incumbent will also be responsible for ongoing improvements to processes in his/her remit to drive operational excellence in delivery.  Job Responsibilities:  Responsibility: (% of time spent)  - Direct solid, strong performance delivery of all non standard products and services across all markets. Define and manage budget and balance costs and expenses.   - End to end SLA management for processes   - Stakeholder engagement and updates on process performance  - Proactively manage / communicate key metrics around volume spikes / TAT / Quality of processes (60%)  - Establish and maintain relationships with regional Talent OM Leads and Consultants and ensure that the centralized team works closely and effectively with all stake holders to ensure top quality delivery to clients. Develop effective relationships with operations function, CoE and the various markets that make up the Talent business as needed.(15%)  - Responsible for ensuring appropriate training and development of team members so they have adequate technical order management, ePublishing and fulfillment knowledge and required proficiency to manage exceptions / regional nuances. Ensure that adequate knowledge cover is available on all areas of interest. Build a client-focused mindset in the team through coaching to achieve the right behavioral competencies. (10%)  - Leverage innovations and drive standardization in line with broader global improvement initiatives by creating opportunities for new and expanded business. Negotiate timelines and costs to ensure commitments to clients are met and in a profitable manner. (10%)  - Report to Senior Leadership on performance, new initiatives, standardization and overall team engagement on a regular basis. Escalate issues as appropriate. Bring to light best practices and processes. (5%)  Knowledge & Skills : Graduate in any stream  Experience:  - Minimum of 4-5 years- experience in a Talent IS related / order management environment and 5 years in an operational management role. Total work experience of 8-10 years  Knowledge and skills (general and technical):  - Strong commercial understanding  - Understanding and experience of order management, survey management  - Comfortable with leading process and process improvement  - Lead a team to deliver a consistently high level of client experience  - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, in a tightly defined process, to tight schedules  - Effective communicator  - Ability to manage a cross-cultural team  - Demonstrate collaborative style of working  - Advanced Excel  - Fluent written and spoken English
