Job Opportunity for the role of Senior Manager with world's leading Intellectual Property (IP) management and IP software specialist, and an international provider of outsourced legal services

Key Responsibilities

Taking ownership

- Manage the Supplier Management function to ensure that payments are made to PTO accurately and in timely manner

- Ensure that local agent financial statements and deposit accounts are reconciled against financial records in a timely manner

- Review and improve controls around the financial reconciliation and “advanced charge write back” process

- Review and implement opportunities to streamline core supplier management process steps in order to improve efficiency.

- Take ownership of Supplier Engagement processes for “Tier 0” and “Tier 1” agents

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement

- Build and implement framework for measuring the performance of our suppliers

- Manage supplier escalations with appropriate root cause analysis and process improvement.

- Align Supplier Management team objectives to the business goals of the IP Portfolio Services business unit.

- Engage with Finance to ensure effectiveness of controls relating to the payment reconciliation processes

- Engage with the Supplier Management function in Jersey to ensure optimal end to end process design for the IP Portfolio Assurance function.

- Support Supplier Engagement through measuring and communicating supplier performance

- Drive a high performance team culture

- Encourage an effective team dynamic through the recruitment process, managing performance and ongoing team development.
