Job Description - Leading and growing a team of consultants and reporting to the Partner, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships and delivering customised solutions across a wide range of functions within the Oil & Gas/Energy sector. The role would encompass business development, engagement management & delivery and people development. This is an opportunity to accelerate your progress within a highly reputable company and join a talented team in a fast growth organisation.

The Successful Candidate - Degree qualified and preferably with an MBA from a leading school the ideal candidate will come from one of two backgrounds. You will either have 10+ years experience within a reputable Management Consultancy focusing on oil & gas clients and be looking to accelerate your development to a Senior Management position or you will have technical experience within upstream/downstream Oil and Gas companies and be keen to utilise your skills in a more commercial manner.
