They are looking for a seasoned analytics professional with strong experience in marketing analytics industry in an international market to lead their well established Analytics business vertical.

Job Description

Reporting into a Director,you will be responsible for-

- Leading a team of 10/15 members,including training,coaching,providing feedback and development.

- Manage the project teams that provide analytic support to specific pyramids through analytical,statistical and optimization

- Develop solutions that meet business requirements.

- Establish and grow relationships with partners to drive strategic business initiatives

- Become a foreacst expert,team lead and utilize tools like decision trees,clustering,regression,time series,genetic algorithms

As a successful candidate,you should have

- Atleast 9-12 years of experience in utilizing statistical application development tools like SAS/SPSS/CPLEX/XPRESS.

- Masters in quantitative discipline (statistics/economics/econometrics) or MBA finance from top tier colleges. Excellent communication skills and outstanding critical thinking skills.

- Proven capabilty to lead team members, including personal development,work direction

- Ready to travel onsite.
