Job Description:

- Chartered Accountant with experience of handling Project Accounts

- Good Knowledge and command over Accounting Standards

- Full awareness of related commercial laws, policies and practices

- Updated Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes

- Capable of handling various audits and related requirements

- Should have experience in corporate finance activities including planning, MIS, Banking, Fund management

- Do finance controlling, Finalizing Balance sheet, filing ROC.

Business Introduction:

Indian Conglomerate having a turnover of about INR 8000 crore in the year 2013-14. The company has a CAGR of 27% over the past few years. The industry average has been growing at 15% over the last few years, but expects a faster growth rate in the coming years.

It is seeking Commercial position- Senior Manager/ Manager for their upcoming four plants in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa and Bihar. Group is setting up a plant in state of Chhattisgarh and has signed Memorandum of Understanding with Government of Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh is the integreted plant with capacity of 2.5MTPA.

Orissa, Jharkhand and Bihar Unit- The group is all to set sign up the pact with the state government for Cement Plant in the respective state having Capacity of 1.5 MTPA along with Coal based Captive Power Plant of 10 MW and and will also invest Rs 500 crore in a cement-grinding unit.
