Sr Manager/Manager - Brand/Partnership - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)

We have multiple opening with a leading eCommerce giant, and we are looking at "rockstars" to join the winning team

Required/Essentials: BE/MBA( premier institutes) with 5-10 yrs of exp in branding & marketing..

1. Senior Brand Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Brand Positioning & Communication strategy; manage advertising agency relationships

- Develop and implement Media Strategy; manage media agency relationships

- Build marketing plans/calendar, achieve buy-in from stakeholders and execute

- Work closely with Digital marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention, repeat purchase etc.

- Liase with various functions across the organization to devise and execute various sales promotion activities.

- Develop ‘competitive’ strategies, achieve buy-in from stake-holders

- Monitor ROI and work towards enhancing the same

- Commission market research and intelligence to support the strategic/tactical initiatives in the Marketing Plan

2. Brand partnership Manager

Responsibilities:

- End to end responsibility for all brand partnerships - with a wide array of brands viz Nike, Puma, Adidas, etc - driving co-marketing programmes, promotions, shop-in-shops, digital campaigns, etc. Build strong long-term relationships.

- Research and analyze shopper data to assist the partner brands to gain insights and create better initiatives.

- Provide solutions to brands to achieve their objectives viz increase sales / establish or promote their brand positioning and communication, etc

- Define a strategic framework and roadmap to monetize brand partnerships in a collaborative and sustainable fashion

- KPIs will include number of partnerships, quality of relationships, and monetization targets

- End to end responsibility for all business alliances across a variety of corporations/companies eg with banks, mobile manufacturers, mobile service providers, gifting companies, DTH companies, etc.

- Objective of the alliances is to create visibility across these partners, leverage their networks, media, etc to gain mileage, and drive traffic to the site, in return offering relevant benefits to them

- Create a plan for selling to corporates

- Track competitive and marketplace activities

- Build and maintain an extensive contact database

- The position is envisaged to have 2 direct reports, and is expected to lead cross-functional project teams and collaborative efforts
