Manager/Sr Mgr- Litigation & Compliance

Experience-5-12 years

Location- Bangalore

LLB- from a premier law schools only (NLSIU, ILSLC, Nalsar)

The focus is on Litigation and compliance

Should have worked in legal department for IT company or with a leading Law firm

- COMPLIANCE - Handling compliance audits in maintaining a culture of compliance.

- LITIGATION - Initiating and defending corporate litigations in India and overseas.

- CONTRACTS - Drafting, reviewing contracts/ agreements with global customers relating to IT/ITES businesses for identifying and reducing legal risks
