One of our clients in Automobile (OEM) is having the following openings for which we are inviting applications.   Positions: Sr. Manager L&D  Report to: Sr. VP HR - L&D  Locations : Mumbai  Purpose of the Role:  - The role will be essentially focus on help strategizing and implementing the plan for Operationalization of Company Leadership University and assume end to end responsibility for a couple Academies by working closely with the Chairperson and members of the Academies and Program Office set up for the Company Leadership   - The incumbent will act as a training program manager for Senior Management which will include design, conceptualize and deliver high end training programs for leadership development to support business objectives.  Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Of The Role:  An indicative list of responsibilities attached to the role are documented below. It should capture only the key deliverables and responsibilities of the role.  Responsibilities:  - Conceptualize, deliver and roll out programs under Company Leadership University.   - Support in the development of strategic road map, in partnership with the Chairperson and support end to end the Academies their objectives.   - Identify innovative ways and leverage technology to deliver the content of Development programs.   - Conceptualize and support in deliver of Development programs for senior management. Liaise with knowledge partners for the organizing and conducting the Development programs.   - Help build a learning culture in the group by creating a learning organization through L&D interventions.   - Design and Deliver Behavioral Managerial program.  - Oversee e-Learning solutions for the training programs across the group. Conceptualize and implement applied research as part of the In sighting for the Academies.  Experience & Qualification:  - Full time MBA in HR from Tier 1 college with 8-10 years experience in L&D. Sound fundamental knowledge in Learning and Development and Change Management. Understanding of various HR processes.   - Comprehensive understanding of OD. Technology enabled learning.   - Good Interpersonal and networking skills. Ability to work in ambiguity and abstract scenarios. Project Management skills. Execution and Multitasking.
