Designation: Sr Manager Learning and Development
Reports to: Head Learning and Development
Experience: 10-15 years
Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad
Qualification: MBA preferred
- Drive the organisation's culture/engagement survey; and develop implementation strategies to narrow the gap between the desired and actual culture
- Design an annual learning and development plan in synchronization with business goals and objectives
- Identify critical talent and capability gaps across business and create various learning interventions to build the individual/organizational capability as per the plan
- Lead the succession planning exercise, and play an active part in organization re-structuring or design exercises to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policy
- Develop policy, process and initiatives to meet aspirations on talent management, career development, succession planning and management development in line with the talent/learning and development strategies
- Track career movements and reviewing progress on development plan thereby creating visibility of talent members through cross - functional projects
- Enable change management by serving as change management advisor to senior leadership
- Drive specific change and organization development initiatives within the business (org restructuring, designing and facilitating strategic planning processes, organization and leadership team development).
- Provide change management guidance for major corporate initiatives to define, clarify and translate business strategy, build team effectiveness and drive relevant initiatives
