Sr Manager - Lean Implementation - Supply Chain - eCommerce (7-15 yrs)
Looking candidates for Senior Managerial positions for a growing eCommerce domain company.
Position Background:
- This position focuses on building Lean Supply Chain consultant capabilities, Lean Supply Chain business development (lead generation, lead follow-up, booking business) and delivery of consulting services to the firm’s clients.
- The role will engage client employees (at all levels) in the theory and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles across their entire supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- This position will require an experienced “hands-on” supply chain executive to lead engagement teams with internal teams, helping them achieve their strategic corporate objectives through the implementation transformation based principles focused both at the enterprise level.
- Lean Deployment and Facilitation.
- Launch and Lead the lean program and be responsible for the entire tracking, review, training and communication around the program at a company level.
- Develop apply Lean, Six Sigma and related performance improvement methodologies to analyze performance metrics and adequately evaluate business performance.
