Only Mumbai Candidates apply/People from Banking Background apply  Job Description:  Role Sr Manager-IT Risk  Department-Operational Risk  - Hands on work experience of about 5-8 years in IT support functions or IT operations such as IT Risk team, IT Infrastructure (Network/DBA/OS) activities, IT Vendor / Procurement, IT PMO etc.  - Actively participate and contribute in the Bank’s OR-IT assessment and enhancement of management tools and methodologies such as key risk indicators, IT scenario analysis, new projects/ products review etc.   - Work with IT units proactively in identifying and addressing Risk issues and weakness in existing products, policies and processes. Assist in implementation and monitoring of Controls, identify potential and existing weakness and remedial action to mitigate the weakness.  - Provide regular reports and management updates as expected by the department or supervisors.  - Perform duties and activities specific to the department.   - Documenting of presentation decks, notes, minutes of meetings and action plans for the IT Risk related activities.   - Participating in team development and team learning activities.   - To strengthen the Operation Risk Assessment process and conduct periodic review of the Risk Assessment Exercise.   - To identify and escalate significant operational risk issues and implement control mitigants to address the issues.   - Identify/Design new Key Risk Indicators, oversee the implementation of the EGRC/Basel II/Advanced Approaches towards the Operational Risk Management.   - Include Management & Measurement frameworks to maintain a working relationship with business departments to develop a deep understanding of business strategy, plans, policies, products, processes, outsourcing arrangements and software evaluation.   - Identify Risks and suggest risk mitigation measures/controls keeping in view the banks strategy.
