Job Profile:

Need exposure in handling Ingenium (Insurance IT system), in a team handling.

Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)

To Ensure timely resolution of Production Service Requests and smooth execution of Production Application’s Performance.

Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas

- Production Support Management for Core applications

- User Interface

- Service Request Management

- IT Operations Relationship

- Effective coordination and follow up with Technical teams

- By close monitoring of Support Team’s Performance, Reviews & Experiments.

- As a Point of Escalation for core applications support requests.

- By Closely monitoring the reported production Issues & by coordinating with the respective Technical Team.

- Meeting with Business Operations representatives to review critical issues and coordinating resolution.

- Conduct meetings with Technical team to review issues.
