A Leading Indian NBFC is seeking candidates for the role   Role/Designation: Senior Manager-IT Core Applications (Retail Acquisitions)  Job Location: Navi Mumbai  Reporting to: Head-IT (Retail Platform)  JOB PURPOSE  Manage new implementations, enhancements and upgrades to Core IT applications, Uptime ownership of Core Applications  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:  1. Vendor management (ensuring SLAs are met)  Regular interaction with vendors and keeping them aligned with the platform objectives  2. Project management for enhancement projects undertaken by vendor  Tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery  3. Business analysis for the application (procured from vendor as well as in-house)  Participate in the Business Requirement and Solution. Work with the BA for gathering requirements from business & convert them to system requirements.  Validate the requirement in the current system or evaluate the requirement of Alternative Systems  Ensure various option of mobility for the field sales for to ensure faster TAT to customer as per the Risk and Credit norms.  System flexibility for automated underwriting rules.  Ensure adherence to time, budget & quality parameters in IT applications implementation and lifecycle management  Establish effective IT management processes as per recognized best practices. Ensure agreed (highest) levels of application availability and integrity, and error resolution within SLAs  Optimize application management costs  4. Performance management  Define employee objectives, measure performance & compare to predefined objectives   SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE  Experience in Financial Services in NBFC/Bank in the IT department and knowledge of Applications.  Leadership Skills  Program/Project Management Skills.  Understanding of Financial Services Business and Processes. (If in NBFC it is an added advantage)  Knowledge of relevant technologies, applications in Financial Services  Finnone LMS / Loan Management Systems Experience
