About our Client - Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of consumer products with a strong local presence. In India they run a highly profitable business (46% YOY growth) and are targeting 1 Billion Dollar revenue this year. They are looking for high potential talent to bring in strategic initiatives and participate in decision making.

Job Description - Reporting into the General Manager Audit, you will be responsible for:

- Leading assigned process studies, identifying process improvements and preparation of SOP's

- Assisting in completion of SOX obligations, process and testing

- Examine internal controls to detect deficiencies

- Interface with business for rigorous follow up for implementation of recommendations

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA from the 2004/2005 batch, with thorough experience in Internal audits. You will come from a manufacturing background with exposure to all facets/cycles of audit. You need hands-on experience in sales audits and process improvements in you previous roles. You should have worked in both team management and individual contributor roles.
