Sr Manager - Indirect Tax - CA - Big4 (7-9 yrs)
Sr Manager - Indirect Tax - Service, Custom & Excise & VAT
Looking only for candidates from who have prior experience in Big 4.
Job Description:
- Analysis and interpretation of notification, circulars, abatement under indirect tax
- Looking after regulation of all Statutory compliance with respect to payment and Returns under all the indirect tax statue's and handling matters pertaining to the disputes / litigation including the reply to Audit compliance and drafting of Appeals
- Representing independently before the competent judicial authority in the matter of Appeals and statutory Audit's and other regulatory matters
- Addressing and Evaluating early closures, in conjunction with the company's tax consultants, the liability in respect of disputed appeal demands and assessments
- Monitoring payments of service tax both for services provided and received including services under provision of Import /Export service rules
- Business support function and development and implementation of systems for smooth working in the company
- Analysis of financial records (inventory, ledger, trial balance) before finalization of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet) for taxation point of view.
Education :
- Qualified CA only
Experience : 8-10 years Experience in Indirect Taxation
