Sr Manager - Human Resource - Pharmaceutical - IIM/MDI/ISB (6-8 yrs)

Our client is a global leader in the medical diagnostics space. They are currently in the process of a global restructuring and are looking for a Sr. Manager - Human Resources for one of their business units which is in the process of forming a separate legal entity globally.

Reporting into the Regional Head of HR:

- The Sr. Manager - HR will be responsible for the delivery of all HR services for the organization in India.

- The appointee will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development.

- The position would be responsible to manage the aggressive growth that has been planned over the next few years.

- The challenge will be to manage this growth & create a clear focus on HR Business Partnering and managing entity formation post separation

- Be a - business partner- and key member of the India leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business ensure that the business objectives are met.

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets.

- Own the delivery of all HR programmes e.g. talent, compensation & benefits, L&D, recruitment.

- Focus on leadership development to increase the geminiability of the management team.

- To creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system

- Operational effectiveness and efficiency - bring clarity and transparency to roles in the HR function as the organisation evolves and the needs of the business change

You will come with 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner with an MNC organization. We are looking for candidates only with a Tier 1 MBA and only from the FMCG / Pharmaceutical / OTC sectors. Exposure to managing M&A is an added advantage.
