We are looking for Sr. Manager HR - PMS (performance Management Systems) based out of Gurgaon for one of our Mobile Handset (OEM) client.

Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for the complete Performance Management System of the Organisation. Apart from that will also be working on Generalist role and taking care of employee engagement activities, compensation and benefit etc.

Work Experience: 8-12 years of experience in HR domain with main focus of PMS

Educational Qualification: Preferably MBA (HR)
