- Provide high quality leadership and manage an effective and efficient HR Operations function that delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services is delivered to the business that enables it to contribute to improving individual and organizational performance and in such a way that enhances the HR Operations teamís reputation and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong and valuable relationships with senior managers, external stakeholders and other members of the HR Department which contribute to the overall success of the business objectives.
- Ensure that the operations team deliver their planned outcomes and that their agreed targets are met in line with the HR Plan.
- Monitor report and advice on the performance of functions for which the HR Operations team is responsible.
- Ensure that process for such tasks as recruitment, employee relations, change management and systems are in place and are dealt with correctly and effectively and efficiently, coaching the HR Advisors to deal with issues overseas HR staff.
- Work within the performance development and review system to review performance, coach and develop staff and encourage continued learning and development of individuals within the unit that increases HRís capacity and competence to meet current and future needs
