Title: Sr. Manager – HR (CL&D)
Location: Chennai
Reporting to: Matrix reporting to local Business Unit Head & Corporate Head
The HR Lead will assist in three areas of Contact Logistics & Development business- Business development, Implementation & Start-up and On-going operations.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist in Business Development:
- Doing research on new labor markets
- Complete and update wage surveys
- Forecasting and budgeting salaries and benefits
To assist in Start-up/Implementation
- Demonstrate leadership skills for implementation of new operations
- Forecast manpower requirement
- Hire employees, run background checks and create employee files
To assist in On-going operations
- Ensure full compliances for laws and regulations at the local, state and national level
- Drive career planning initiatives
- Help in building diverse workforce
- Develop a framework of HR policies
Prerequisites to Apply:
- A postgraduate with a minimum experience of 8-10 years
- Must show willingness to travel
- Should have a dynamic approach and must show responsiveness
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse audiences
- Must have good communication, inter-personal and leadership skills
