Designation: Sr.Manager-HR, Reporting to CEO (Looking for Male candidates only)
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team
- Manage end to end (induction to exit) People Function responsibilities for the respective business units and promote a healthy relationship between People Function and the business
- Ensure the attrition levels for the business units are under control
- Spearhead company’s recreational activities and introduce various People Function initiatives so as to sustain motivation and morale of employees
- Co-ordinate with the culture and competence department to ensure Learning and Development initiatives are in place
- Responsible for core functional activities like payroll input, transfers, attrition and separation data, R&R, etc
- Ensure timely submission of objectives for employees in business units and also take complete ownership of the appraisals and promotions
- Interact with Business heads and senior PMs to periodically capture People Function requirements for the business
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction in the business with People Function related activities through various surveys and analysis of the same
- Ensure that periodic reviews of the various People Function activities in the business are carried out through meetings and MIS reports
- Manage and innovate people management, processes and systems
Desired Profile:
- MBA/MSW(full-time) in HR from any institute
- Experience of 12-15 years in HR from IT domain
- Should have handled a team size of 5 members
- Candidates from IT Services organizations are preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong influencing skills
Budget: 20-25 Lakhs
