Hiring for a Reputed Client of Worldspace Search in the FMCG space.

Location- Delhi/NCR

Experience: 8 to 15 yrs

CTC- INR 12,00,000 - 17,00,000 PA

Job Description

Person should be from IR background with expertise in handling trade unions and should posses deep knowledge about the labor laws, statutory compliance etc ( mandatory requirement).

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Full time MBA/ PGDM in HR or MSW or MA (IRPM) - Candidate should be from the batch of 1997, 1998, 1999

- Experience and exposure of Wages settlement, IR environment, Union handling, and negotiations.

- Should have plant manufacturing experience.

- Should have good knowledge of labour laws.
