Handle engagement of Labourer contractors and maintained compliances with provisions of Contract Labourer Act  2. Developing and maintaining harmonious and progressive employee relations in the plant  3. Ensuring timely and fair performance appraisal for all employees  4. Overseeing employee welfare activities to build team spirit and sense of ownership  5. Regular interaction with Inspector of Factories, PF and ESI authorities with regard to statutory compliance  6. Recruitment of Employees / Executive based on Man Power Projection  7. Sourcing potential candidates through aptitude & attitude, personal interviews and conceptual background of the profile.  8. Negotiation on pay packages with selected candidates.  9. Periodical review of rational manpower and planning in advance for the replacement.
