We are looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources, South Asia for a leading Hospitality Company in the world. The position is based in Gurgaon and requires travelling across South Asia.

JOB SCOPE SUMMARY

Major areas of responsibility/ management is to support the region in human resources functions include, but are not limited to, employment, wage and salary administration, benefits, employee/labor relations and organizational development.

Work closely with Regional Director of Human Resources in implementing and achieving company’s goals and objectives and support the region growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.To support the new opening hotels in the HR critical path

2.To support in the hiring of GM, Excom and Senior Leadership for the existing and new opening properties

3.Support in the on boarding of the Excom and GM team members of the Hotels in the region

4.Advise property HR Head of potential human resources opportunities

5.To participate in all Divisional and Regional projects

6.To be responsible for the Compensation and Benefits vertical in the region and do a yearly analysis of the compensation strategy for the region under the guidance of the Regional Director

7.To ensure all hotels comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Act as advisor to the properties in the region

8.To Analyze and drive productivity in the region

9.To participate and support the Regional Director in the Budget process for the hotels in the region

10.To ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and followed in the regional office

11.To Participate and manage the HR Audit for the region

12.Analyze and discuss the Star Voice and Action plans with the hotels in the region.

13.Assist in recruitment and interviewing of candidates for all regional office positions and/or Excom position for properties in the region

14.To plan and participate in the campus hiring for the region

15.To support and align all HR related activities to the strategic direction of the Region
