They have been growing organically and inorganically in India, with a turnover of 100 Mn USD in India, and have established manufacturing operations in India, with an employee strength of 1000+ professionals. They are headquartered in Pune.

Job Description : Reporting into the Head HR and managing a team of 3, your responsibilities will include:

- Streamlining and re-defining HR Policies and processes for a diverse employee base across plant, sales & service

- Identify and work on unique solutions for each of the diverse business groups

- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, appraisals, merit increase and day to day HR operations for the BUs

- Working with global and local teams on compensation and benefits benchmarking

- Partner with local vendors to manage compensation benchmarking, mapping roles within the organization and defining compensation structures

- Work on employee communication and on coaching leaders on conducting appraisals

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 8-14 years of total experience with exposure to HR operations, HR Policies and Processes - from defining to execution, compensation and benefits - specifically benchmarking.

- Full time MBA is required.

- The exposure to working with a diverse group of people is highly desired. We are looking for candidates only from FMCG/Pharma/Chemical and manufacturing sectors.
