Job Title - Sr.Manager HR (Generalist)

The person will be a part of Leading the South Region team:
The responsibilities would include:
i) Working with the Business heads and coming to an understanding of the quality and quantity of Manpower needs
ii) Maintaining turnaround times
- Conclude on service level agreements with respective businesses and work towards achieving them with the team. Maintain and publish a recruitment dashboard.
iii) Vendor Selection and management
- To select recruitment consultants manage relationships, turn around times.
iv) Implementing state of the art recruitment's tools
- To benchmark and agree on the relevant recruitment tools
v) Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Prepare and implement a plan comprising of Employee Communication, R & R etc
Act as the Demand Manager for Businesses, accountable for TNA and training interventions
i) Responsible for all HR touch points during the employee life cycle from interviews/Induction to exits.
ii) Accountable for smooth interaction with Payroll in the Central HR Ops for salary and compliance issues.
iii) Liaisoning with the labour authorities & ensure all statutory compliances like PF,ESI, various registers are maintained & updated
i) Setting and reviewing KRAs
ii) Individual learning paths for all team members
