Key responsibilities:
- Business Development – client calls, proposals, presentations and closures leading to repeat business
- Lead and project manage HR advisory assignments in Bahrain and in Qatar (if required) –focus on CRM, project management and delivery
- Manage all requirements related to job set up, risk management and project management & reporting
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful closures
- Develop new HR consulting tools and approaches to augment existing ones – develop team capabilities across HR consulting specializations: e.g. compensation & rewards; organization and jobs; talent management etc.
- Provide training and performance management guidance to HR advisory team members with a view to enhancing practice development
