Statutory Compliance: Responsible overall statutory compliance, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, Shops & Establishments. Maintain Gratuity, PF Trusts accounts, audits and annual balance sheet and returns filing. PF, Gratuity, Leave actuary valuations
Strategic HR operations:
- Institutionalizing the HR Score Card practice and thus contributing to Strategy through Metrics and Measurement.
- Devising and Implementing HR Policies and Processes. Managing HR Systems (HRIS) & Process Flow. Organization-wide KRA Auditing, adherence to Online Appraisal Process.
- Completed Recruitment Analytics and implemented recommendations for better Hiring results
- Institutionalized E-Joining Process, Buddy Programme for enriching new joiner experience
- Institutionalized Online Employee Grievance Platform for reinforcing Transparency & Sensitivity
- Implemented proactive measures based Employee Escalation Analysis
- Reviewed Employee Benefits/Compensation Structure and recommended and implemented changes
- Reduced cost through monitoring of Attrition Reporting, Attendance Tracking, Changes in employee benefit policies and HR Process like background verification, Employee Records & Payroll Accuracy.
