Purpose of the Job
HR Business Partner role, based out of Gurgaon is to take care of Business Partnering, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
Responsible for planning and driving high Employee Engagement . Organization development, Capability Development and Partnering with Business.
The role requires that the incumbent plans & ensure implementation of all HR operations and processes for these functions in order to support business and thereby to achieve organizational objectives.
1. Drive talent discussions and follow on actions for talent planning and pipelines
2. Drive the capability Development Agenda for all the employees, both functional and competency based.
3. Driving end to end PMS Process which includes KRA setting, Mid Year Appraisal, Annual A and L Assessment, Promotion and Normalization's.
4. Drive all transformation and team realignment activities by engaging with the leadership team
5. Develop and implement Employee Retention Strategies to retain top and critical talent.
6. Partner with the circle HR teams to provide employee services support in the shares Services Centre
