They are currently looking to a hire an HR Business Partner for their sales force in north India. This role is based out of Noida

Job Description: Reporting to the Head HR you will be responsible for Participating in compensation benchmarking surveys and design and execute the variable and rewards program for the Sales team.

- Building and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement

- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization

- Implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams

- Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives for the Sales team in collaboration with the corporate Center of Excellence.

- Lead the performance management piece end-to-end and advise business on talent road maps accordingly

The Successful Candidate:

- Ideally, you come with post graduation from a top tier MBA Institute with 6 to 10 years experience in an HR Business Partner role.

- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good people skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable.
