JOB PURPOSE :

HR Business Partner role, based out of gurgaon to take care of Business Partnering, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for Global Data and Voice Team and ES International Operations.

The incumbent will be partnering with the business leaders on all transformation, Organisation Design, Talent Management, capability and engagement activities.

At the operations level, to plan & ensure implementation of all HR operations and processes for these functions in order to support business and thereby to achieve organizational objectives.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing operations in APAC and govern all employer and employee related compliances.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Essential – Graduate in any discipline with Masters in Business Administration (HR & Administration) from a Premier institute (Top B Schools 2005-2007 Batch only)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

4 to 7 years of Experience in Human Resources including both Operations and Development HR work
Knowledge of International HR practices is preferred.
