About our Client: Our Client is an Indian premium player in the Food industry. They are currently launching their E-commerce venture and thus expecting massive expansion in India. They are thus looking to hire their Head of HR.

Job Description : Reporting into the MD and acting as the trusted advisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the HR function end to end.

- Develop HR strategies and work with Directors, General Manager, Heads of Department to achieve business plan.

- Oversee the execution of HR systems and procedures for Pan India business.

- Lead HR team to provide guidance and support on full range of HR activities.

- Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work life balance.

- Develop and implement plans for Talent Development, with particular focus on Career Management and Successor Planning.

- Lead Recruitment and Selection while putting a robust recruitment model in place

- Ensuring new employees Induction.

- Advise on guidelines and market practice for all Compensation and Benefits matters.

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful candidate you should have strong understanding HR policies and procedures.

- You should have 8-10 years of experience in the FMCG/IT / eCommerce industry with strong experience in Talent Acquisition for FMCG Sales / eCommerce professionals.

Our client is looking to hire candidates only from FMCG / eCommerce.
