To support their growth plans in India, they are looking to hire excellent and dynamic professionals so as to exponentially grow in the country.  Job Description:  Reporting to the Head - Group Rewards, you would be responsible for:  - Designing overall Compensation philosophy for one or multiple business lines  - Designing Variable Pay Programs for sales and non sales business lines within the JLT Group  - Using HR analytics to create compensation monitoring and reporting process across business lines  - Implementing Job Evaluation and Employee Grading matrix across multiple business lines and geographies  - Managing complete compensation benchmarking cycle across geographies for interlocking with vendor for data submission to analysing results and designing salary ranges for all job families  - Working with HR Directors across geographies to build strong linkages between performance rating program and compensation pay-outs  - Helping ensure market competitiveness by acquiring detailed knowledge of global compensation standards  - Providing comprehensive support to key reward initiatives including annual salary review processes, bonus pay-out cycle and budgeting and monitoring total remuneration costs.  The Successful Applicant:  - You are an MBA (HR) from a leading B school (Tier 1 Only) with 6-7 years of experience in the Compensation & Benefits domain.   - You are currently working in a Big4 Consulting or an HR consulting organization and are managing a team of individuals.  - You have experience working with international stakeholders and are from a Financial Services background (preferably Insurance/General Insurance).   - You have strong solutioning skills, resource planning and strong people and relationship management skills.  What's on Offer:  On offer is an unmatched career progression compared to anywhere else in industry and also a very close correlation between your rewards and hard work.
