Job Description:
Position Profile – Senior Manager/General Manager – Legal Services
Key Objective
To manage and lead a substantial team of associates providing high level legal services to major US/UK clients (law firms and corporations), particularly in litigation document review projects. To act as the liaison between our clients, sales personnel and production staff. Assist sales personnel on conference calls, face to face meetings, drafting RFIs and RFPs and writing SOWs.
Requirement
a. LL.B graduate from one of the premier legal institutions in India. Added plus point preferable with an USA Law Degree.
b. Must have at least 6+ years of legal experience in a reputed law firm or legal department. Exposure in working in LPOs will be considered a plus.
c. Manage delivery for law-firm client outsourcing relationships in the areas of: M&A due diligence, Contract abstraction, Contract Drafting, Contract Review, Document management and Legal Research and Analysis,
d. Excellent contract drafting skills.
e. Strong organizational and analytical Skills.
f. Ability to work with, and lead, multi-disciplinary teams.
g. Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
h. Serve as a liaison between clients, sales personnel and delivery/operations.
i. Quality control of Associates’ work
j. Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
k. Extremely high level of attention to detail
