Our client is a Credit Health management company that helps clients enhance their credit profile and save money. They use a combination of analytical tools, state-of-the-art product suite, and multistage guidance to handhold clients through the various stages of a credit life cycle and keep them credit healthy - in the process saving them money.The company provides services like Credit Health Packages, Identity Protection Services & Corporate Credit Health Package. They help in interpretation of credit reports, assist in loan processing, error tracking, analysis of Credit Bureau reports and filing tax returns. They help individuals and organisations to avail loans, credit cards and other credit facilities on favourable terms.

They are currently located in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore Kolkata and Pune.

What Kind of work you will be involved in-

The job responsibilities will be:

- Directing the preparation of all accounts, financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports, company tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.

- Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of MIS, budget, and audit functions.

- Reviewing reports to analyse projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggesting methods of improving the planning process as appropriate.

- Ensure that all Financial Compliances which are required by the organisation are met

- Manage and maintain the cash flow forecasting & Working capital management.

- Manage payroll and accounting

- Analyse company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized,

- Coordinate and prioritize planning.

- Study long-range trends and project company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, new opportunities. Estimate requirements for capital, land, buildings, and an increase in the work force.

- Good solid financial control and processes.

- Costing / valuation & margin / profitability analysis.

- Recognize and implement new developments, and anticipate organizational modifications.

- Establish long-term needs, and plan strategy for developing business

- Ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.

- Oversee legal issues.
