To manage the Finance & Accounting operations of the multiple legal entities independently. Define and implement required processes, implement and ensure internal controls, adherence to local statute and ensure fiduciary risks. Comply with Company policies/practices to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of controls to mitigate potential risks.   Key Responsibilities:  - Managing entire Accounting operations team and responsible for the key deliveries (Including all the processes under accounting) - Controller function  - Ensure to publish monthly financials /KPI’s/Cash flow and various management information repots from time to time.   - Financial analytical support to various business stake holders and reporting requirement thereon w.r.t to various aspects of financial analytics  - Analyze and share insights with Management and Business Line heads on various revenue streams, cost drivers, cost elements and variance analysis  - Drive the annual budgeting process as well as periodical forecast exercise at legal entity/cost centre levels.   - Prepare / validate / benchmark the rate cards for various services provided including for new proposals  - Participate actively in computing/analyzing cost savings for existing/new project proposals  - Review existing processes and controls for adequacy and implement the required processes and permanent supervision control as per the internal control requirement  - Ensure to the SEZ compliances and various other tax/regulatory compliances from time to time  - Liaison with various statutory authorities, government bodies from the point of view of legal entity compliances from time to time  - Coordinating with Auditors, Bankers, Insurance, SEZ, Income-tax, Service tax, VAT and various other external agencies  Profile Required:  - Chartered Accountant / with minimum 10 years of experience in multinational service organizations / mid size Indian IT/BPO corporations   - Hands on managerial experience in Accounting and finance functions of a company is must with good control on numbers & analytics  - Exposure of working in a global set-up/stake holders management is essential  - Should have a good understanding on the Indian GAAP accounting, tax regulations under Income Tax Act, Companies Act, SEZ and other relevant statutes  - Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, People management, analytic and presentation skills are required  Contact : Jaswinder Kohli
