About our Client - Our Client is a leading FMCG company and a big brand in beverage industry. Strength of product and a clear company vision has helped them grow to acquire a market leader position. They are now looking for a dynamic individual to head the sales accounting and credit controlling function.

Job Description - As the Sr. Manager FP&A you will report in to the CFO and be responsible to Prepare the Annual Business Plan working closely within cross-functional teams to arrive at appropriate assumption

- Review of actual vs. budget/previous year variance analysis and explanation and highlight necessary action

- Work on long term strategic business plans

- Review pricing and vet cost cards

- Lead working capital management - Controlling and Tracking

- Brand profitability analysis and brand costing, Industry Benchmarking

- Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review

- Investor relations and MIS reporting

- Lead the process of internal audit review - manage and monitor

- Leadership on special projects, expansion projects, new business areas, etc. analysis of the project and presenting recommendations for management decision

- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency as assigned by Management

The Successful Candidate - You will have an overall work approx of 4/5 yrs in a Business Analyst role. You are a qualified chartered accountant or have an MBA from a premier business school. You have an analytical bent of mind with a natural flair for driving growth through new opportunities. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
