About our Client: Our client is a leading US MNC into manufacturing of specialty chemicals. With operations in 15 countries, and an aggressive growth plan, they are now looking at a mature individual to join their Finance team in their corporate office at Pune.
Job Description: Reporting to the Country CFO you will be responsible for:
- Lead Budgeting and Forecasting Process Lead Performance Monitoring of various SBUs by providing meaningful analysis and variance analysis
- Track competitors' performance and provide meaningful analysis Participate actively in various process improvement initiatives through ERP implementation
- Play a key supporting role with the business in Cost management, Capex Justification, Gross Margin Sustenance
- Carry out feasibility analysis of various Capex proposals Evaluating investment opportunities and provide useful insight and analytical support
- Will be responsible for strategic participation and contribution in various High Impact Projects
The Successful Candidate:
- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA with more than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You should be a dynamic individual with maturity to handle a large team.
- You should have handled the Financial Planning and Analysis activities of your present organization.
