Sr Manager - Finance & Controls - Insurance - CA (5-10 yrs)
We are hiring for insurance industry.
Position : Senior Manager Finance & Control
Location : Delhi/NCR
Education : CA
Experience : 5-10 years post CA
CTC : Max 18 lacs depending on current CTC
KRA:
- Experience in implementation of SOX, process documentation, control and risk assessment, designing new processes, ISO etc.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and good understanding of finance processes
- Ability to educate people in importance of robust process and controls in finance and drive strong control governance
- Ability to understand and improve business processes involving financial transactions; ability to determine useful financial measures of operational performance
- Ability to identify problems, determine how to solve problems and evaluate alternatives, assess risk, and make timely decisions
