Financial Accounting

- Monitoring day to day accounting ,ledger scrutiny (GL), monthly and quarterly and year end Finalisation of accounts, consolidation of BS and PL and Financial Statements, schedules & disclosures as per schedule VI and applicable AS and abstract of annual reports.

- Ensuring accounting processes have the required internal controls systems and procedures, desired documentation and are robust risk management strategy and framework enough to support information requirements for decision making

- Review and check compliance to AS and effectiveness of the controls - B/S, Scheduled journals, Bank Reconciliation, Cash-Apps, Invoice Processing, Vendor Payment Processing.

- Aiding auditors in their effort to complete periodic audits. Liaison between management & auditors and helping to resolve issues identified by them. Preparation of Audit packs during statutory audit and Manage audit queries and oversee information & processes.

- Standardization & Review of Accounting Policies and procedures to ensure proper accounting record and reporting; increasing process efficiency, control and enhance levels of automation.

Reporting and Analysis, MIS, Budgeting

- Preparation of corporate strategy and annual financial plans along with functional heads and managing director which includes the Sales plan, Production plan, Product wise PL Account, Manufacturing Cost, Model Wise Cost Statement, Advertisement, Incentives & Discount Budget.

- Preparation of consolidated and business wise Annual budget and monthly forecast based upon business development and reassessing business requirement reports to management, daily sales /collection summery, profitability chart, outstanding payments receivable and account payable, Bank liabilities, stocks in hand and in transit, sundry debtors and sundry creditor’s positions.

Fund Management:

- Preparation of Cash flow Statements and Estimates as well as Fund Flow statement & Ratio Analysis and financial models and information memorandum including projected profitability, acquiring requisite funding and loan refinancing

Banking:

- Building network and establishing relationships with Banks and FI’s and negotiating for raising funds and non-fund based facilities at favorable terms to meet working capital needs and project requirements.

- Preparation of Projected Balance sheet, Evaluations and Assessment of CMA data to Banks.

- Periodic review of funding structure and renegotiation of financial terms with lenders as and if required ,project funding, credit rating and liaisons with financial community key stakeholders Receivable Function

- Liasoning with legal department for initiating action and filing suits against defaulting clients.

- Monitoring and controlling, the inward and outward flow of funds, keep a track of the debtors and creditors and working with sales for follow up recoveries and sort out pending issues with customer.

Cost Accounting:

- Preparation of Cost Sheet , other overheads cost statement and Cost Comparison Statement
