Skill Set

Experience of handling Overseas Subsidiary /JV/BranchInvolved in setting up Overseas Company & its Accounting set up.

Reporting: GM Finance

- Managing the Financial operations of Overseas Company

- Finalisation of Foreign Subsidiary/JV/Branch Financials

- Consolidation with Indian Parent Company

- Handling of Corporate Taxation of Overseas Company/JV

- Coordination with the Tax Consultant for taxation & structuring of foreign operations

- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing Regulations & DTAA

- Should have exposure to FEMA Regulations in relation to foreign remittances & Compliances of Overseas Company.

- Candidate with experience of managing the foreign accounting operations from a Corporate poistion will be preferred.
