Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts - Construction/Real Estate

Required Experience:

- At least 10 years’ post-qualification experience in large corporate in construction and real estate in the areas of financial accounting, MIS, Budgeting, Compliance with Accounting Policies & Procedures, managing Audits, compliances with Direct and Indirect Tax Laws including filings, managing assessments, tax audits and compliance with FEMA, etc.

- Working knowledge on IAS/IFRS, Direct and Indirect Tax, FEMA and major legislations

Special Attributes:

- Hands-on with ERP (MS Dynamics / SAP / Oracle) and tally. ( Min One Life cycle of ERP Implementation)

- Excellent communication skills, a good team player with strong analytical skills, decision-making and pro-active approach.

- Hands on Exp in International Taxation Preferably in GCC, Africa, US / UK.

KRA:

- Conceptualization, implementation of accounting systems for improving effectiveness & efficiency of the organization.

- Accounting, finalization, preparation and presentation of balance sheet, P&L accounting & analysis, cash flow and other enhanced business reporting tools with both Internal and external agencies.

- Implementation of cost control measures at various levels through international procedures.

- Supervision & compliance of income tax, custom & excise, service tax and sales tax laws etc.

- Manage due diligence of various accounts, legal & taxation matters of the company.

- Supervision of internal audits for each function, facilitating finalization of reports including taking corrective actions on the audit observations within a time bound schedule and ensure financial and operational discipline.

- Coordination with Internal and External auditors

- Conducting various kinds of audit from time to time

- Interfacing with Tax Departments for completion of assessments etc.

- MIS, reporting for effective & efficient decisions and policies of the management

- Interfacing with insurance companies for securing the assets of the company.

- Proper monthly accounting, timely SBU performance reporting & statutory financial reporting besides compliance under Direct and Indirect Tax Laws and FEMA
