Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Real Estate

Our client is a Singapore Government company and one of the world leader in Commercial & Mix- Use Real Estate

We are looking for a potential candidate for a specific requirement in Finance. The general requirements are as follows:

- India Chartered Accountant or internationally recognized CA equivalent

- At least 10 years of post-qualification work experience (therefore likely to be in early to mid-thirties?)

- Have been in leadership roles and have managed teams

- Have worked in (preferably currently working in) reputable MNC

- Track record of high performance

Preference for candidate with work experience or track record in:

- Business process re-engineering or improvements; and/or

- Good understanding of governance and controls

Other attributes I am looking for:

- Strong drive/energy

- Able to work independently

- Resourceful

- Willingness (and ability) to be hands-on

- Must possess good communication and presentation skills.
