Our company - Lakshhr as hiring partner for 1 of the Largest KPO in the world, looking for Sr Manager - Employee Engagement/Employee Communication. The basic details are as follows:

Title: Sr. Manager - Employee Communication

Reporting structure / Base Location : Head HR/Gurgaon

Experience / Age bracket 5-8 yrs/ 28 – 32

Education: MBA from a good B-school

Industry Preference: Any

Experience:

- Should have 5-10 years of experience in HRM with relevant experience in Employee Communications

- Good experience in working in the social media space and external market that will help build the brand of the organization amongst the employable market and alumni of the Organization

- Excellent content creation skills combined with effective presentation and communication style

- Adept at building strategic relationships with key influencers – industry groups and thought leaders.

- Skilled in developing and implementing strategies to provide cost effective support and solutions to meet the current and future business needs and prioritizing against tight SLAs and deadlines.

- Ability to plan, organizes, manage and execute effective employee engagement activities at organizational level across geographies.

- Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures, values and the ability to work in highly diverse business environments with people from varied backgrounds.

- Ability to collaborate with required stakeholders internally and externally

Responsibilities:

- Manage talent engagement portfolio, not limited to managing and conducting satisfaction and engagement surveys globally for onshore and offshore employees and other engagement activities through effective communication strategies

- Ensure employee connect through various employee engagement activities like townhalls, skip level meetings, coffee session, etc.

- Drive organization level initiatives to boost up the employee morale and motivational levels

- Develop Employer brand in the employer market within guidelines and collaborating with internal stakeholders (Marcomm, Business, Campuses, etc)

- Managing employee communication globally in partnership with different HR portfolio owners, BUs and Executive Team. The role will require candidate to build internal communication strategy for employees globally covering onshore (employees working from home & client locations) and offshore teams.

- Develop content and work in tandem with Marcomm guidelines and norms
